Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (hereafter, “Terms”) govern your attendance at and participation in any in-person or online event provided by One Frequency (hereafter, “the Company”). By attending or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these the terms and conditions stated in this document.
  2. By attending the event, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by The Company.
  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry, or to dismiss any person whose conduct is deemed by the Company to be inappropriate or disorderly.
  4. The Company does not accept responsibility for losses, costs, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the attendance or participation in an event.
  5. The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any personal property or items brought to or left at the event.
  6. Cancellation policy:
    1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
    2. If you need to cancel your ticket for any reason, you must do so 48 hours prior to the starting time of the event by sending a notification email to anastasia@firesidestories.nl. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will be able to reschedule your ticket at no additional cost.
    3. If you do not cancel within the required timeframe, your ticket will not be refunded.
    4. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any event. You will be able to reschedule your ticket to a future date, at no additional cost.
  7. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising from or related to your attendance or participation in an event.
  8. These Terms set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreement or understanding relating to the subject matter hereof.
  9. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  10. By attending the event, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this document.
